Paneer Paratha is healthy and tastes delicious.
For the dough
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Oil -1 tbsp
For the stuffing
Paneer - 50 grams
Small onion - 1 finely chopped
Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
Cumin /Jeera seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – A few strands (finely chopped)
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil/ ghee for frying
Make regular chapati dough by adding water (as required) to 1 cup of wheat flour, 1 tbsp oil and salt. Knead it well and cover it with muslin cloth.
Grate paneer, add finely chopped green chillis, onions, cumin seeds, finely chopped coriander leaves. Add all the spice powder and salt. Mix the ingredients well.
Make 4-5 chapati balls.
Roll each with a rolling pin and put 1 tbsp of stuffing and conceal it.
Now roll it again by adding little wheat flour.
Now, put the rolled paratha on a tava and add ghee.
Flip the paratha and add ghee on the other side.
Fry until golden brown.
