Recipe: Paneer roll

Check out these easy to make yummy paneer rolls.

Ingredients:

300 gms paneer (grated)
10 slices of bread
2 potatoes boiled
1/2 cup boiled green peas
5 small green chillies chopped
2 tsp garlic paste
Cheese spread (if required)
2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp poppy seeds (khus khus)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
Chopped coriander leaes
Water
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Heat a pan and add 1 tsp of oil.
Add green chillies, ginger paste, khas khas a while later. Sauté the mixture for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
Now mash boiled potatoes and add green peas, grated paneer, salt, and all the masala powders. Also add the fried masala mixture and mix all the ingredients well.
Cut the edges of the bread slices and dip them one by one in water and gently sqeeze them. Make sute the slices do not break.
You may then add the cheese spread or garlic paste else simply start spreading the masala mixture on one side of the bread slice.
Now gently roll the slices thus concealing the masala mixture.
Deep fry until properly cooked.
