Recipe: Paneer Till Kebab

Enjoy the paneer till kebab this weekend.


Paneer 150 gr
Mawa 75 gr
Maida 50gr
Till 20gr
Kesar 1/2 gr
Kewra water 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Chopped green chilly 1/2tsp
Chopped coriander 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying


Make thin slices of paneer horizontally & press to remove excess water
Mix sweet mawa with kesar, kewra, garam masala, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander & salt to prepare a filling for cheese.
Stuff the filling in thin slices of paneer & leave it aside.
Prepare a thin batter with flour, water & pinch of salt
Roll the stuffed paneer in flour batter on all the sides to coat properly.
Now coat sesame seeds by rolling the coaeted paneer in till seeds.
Deep fry at moderate temparature, till it gets golden brown.
Cut & serve with mint chutney.
