Make you evening tea tastier by complimenting the same with some yummy patta gobhi ke pakode.
½ kg Cabbage (finely chopped)
1 tsp ajwain
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
200 gms gram flour
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Chaat masala for garnishing
Take a bowl and mix the gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain and salt thoroughly. Now add water and make a thick batter. Make sure it isn’t too watery. It has to be consistent enough. Heat some oil in a pan.
Once the oil is ready for cooking, take some chopped cabbage in the hang, dip in the gram flour batter, make small a dumpling and put it in the oil for frying. Repeat the same procedure for making the remaining pakodas. Fry until crisp golden brown.
Remove from the oil. Serve hot and sprinkle chaat masala for garnishing.
