Recipe: Peanuts Sundal

Check out this easy to make healthy Navratri special Peanuts sundal recipe.

Ingredients:

Peanuts – 1 ½ Cup
Oil – 2 ½ tsp
Mustard Seeds (small) – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 5-6 leaves
Red Chili – 2
Grated coconut – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste

Procedure:

Boil the peanuts in a cooker by adding salt and water.
Now use a tadka pan. Heat some oil and add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and chillies until the seeds splutter.
Then add the boiled peanuts to this mixture and stir well.
Garnish with grated coconut.
