Recipe: Pear Cake

Try out this, fruity, flavoured cake recipe.

Ingredients:

2 cups Fresh pears chopped
1 cup Oil
1 cup White sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Flour
2 Eggs
1 tsp of each Salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cloves
1 cup Chopped nuts

Procedure

Preheat oven, and grease and flour pan.
Chopped fresh pears and add one cup white sugar...let set about one hour.
Mix the above items in a bowl and add pears with sugar...mix well and pour into pan.
Bake.
After one hour baking turn off oven and let cake set for 15 more minutes. Remove from oven when done.
