Recipe: Peas with cashews & mushrooms

Try out this cashew and mushroom combination.

-3 white chopped mushrooms
-2 cups fresh peas
-2 tablespoon butter
-2 chopped onions
-1/4 cup cashew
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
-Salt and pepper to taste

-Boil the mixture of green peas, onion, butter, sugar, mushrooms in a saucepan filled with a bit of water. Cook it until peas are tender.
-Add the cashews and remove from heat. Sieve off the liquid and sprinkle salt and pepper.
