Recipe: Pinochle Favourite

Try out this pinochle favourite.


Brown sugar- 3 cups
Cream- 1 cup
Butter- 1 teaspoon


Mix well cream with brown sugar and butter.
Boil without stirring until a little dropped in cold water will harden like glass.
Now, take off the stove and stir quickly.
Flavour it with vanilla or any other extract liked.
Add nuts to enhance the flavour.
Pour on buttered plates and cut in squares when it is hard.
The candy is ready to relish.
