Recipe: Quick Badam barfi

150 gms roasted and ground almonds (Badam)
150 gms rava
5-6 tablespoon ghee
150 gms sugar
200 ml milk
A few strands of saffron
Heat some ghee in a pan in low flame and add the rava. Roast the rava until golden brown. Then add sugar, milk and a few strands of saffron.
Then immediately add the ground roasted almonds. Stir well.
Grease a plate and spread the barfi. Let is set for a while and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cut the barfi into small pieces and garnish with chopped badam.
