Recipe: Salty Lassi

A glass of this delicious lassi will help you beat the scorching heat.

Ingredients:

• 100 ml water
• 3 tbsp natural set low fat yogurt
• 100 ml milk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp garam masala

Procedure:

Place the water, yoghurt, milk, salt and garam masala in a blender. Blend until well-mixed and serve at once over ice.
