Recipe: Santra-Rasgulla Pudding

Try out this sumptuous Santra-Rasgulla pudding.

Ingredients:

200gm sugar, 1litre milk, 25gm corn flour, 6 oranges, ,10 white rasgullas, and 10-12 whole cherries

Method:

Mix together milk & sugar. Boil the milk and add corn flour to it, stirring all the while. Remove from fire. Custard is ready. Blend the 6oranges with 100gm sugar in a blender. Blend together with cold milk custard. Freeze. Drain 12 rasgollas, squeeze them dry & chop into pieces. When the orange custard is frozen, remove. Beat well till soft and freeze again with rasgullas. Serve topped with whole cherries.
