Recipe: Sharabi Parantha

Enjoy the taste of Sharabi Parantha with an easy to make recipe.


Flour – 90gm
Minced chicken – 60gm
Vodka – 30ml
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Chopped Coriander – 1tsp
Butter – 30gm


Knead the dough and roll out paranthas with stuffing of miced chicken. Cook the paranthas in non stick pan from both the sides and flambé it with vodka. Its ready to serve with pickle and curd.
