Recipe: Sookhi Hari chutney

Sookhi hari chutney can make your chapattis tastier.

100 gms coriander
2-3 green chillies
2 cloves garlic
A pinch of tamarind
Salt to taste
2-3 tablespoon water


Chop the coriander, garlic and green chillies. Use a small mixer jar. Add the chopped coriander, green chillies, tamarind, garlic and salt. Add 2-3 tablespoon of water and grind.
