Recipe: Soy Red Velvet Chocolate
½ litre soy milk
2 tsp boiled beetroot paste
1 cinnamon sticks
1 liquorice stick (muleti)
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp white chocolate pieces
1 tbsp grated dark chocolate
2 vanilla tea cakes
White chocolate as required
Strawberry syrup as required
2 white marshmallows
Whipped soy cream as required
Grated dark chocolate as required
In a pan add milk, boiled beetroot paste, cinnamon sticks, muleti sticks and sugar and mix. Let it boil.
Add white chocolate pieces and grated dark chocolate and mix. Place the vanilla tea cakes in another pan and pan sear. Cut them into two.
Place the cakes on a plate and grate white chocolate on top. In a glass, add strawberry syrup and then pour the boiled milk mixture into it.
Add the white marshmallows and whipped cream on top. Garnish with grated dark chocolate.
