Soy samosas are healthy and delicious to taste.
Soy Granules-1 cup
Chilli, ginger and garlic paste- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Wheat flour- 200 gms
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Soak Soya granules in hot water for five minutes and drain the water.
Cook and mash the potatoes, now mix Soy granules, potatoes, onions, masala, gram masala, and salt coriander.
Roll out chapattis cut in the middle and make them into two half moons.
Take each half put the curry and fold them in triangle shape.
Seal the corners and deep fry in the oil till golden brown.
Serve them with sauce.
