Recipe: Spicy Poori

Ingredients:

Spicy pooris are finger-licking good. Check them out!

Maida-1 cup
Salt
Water
Oil for frying

For paste:

Green chilly-4,
Jeera-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves-few

Procedure:

Grind green chillis, jeera and curry leaves to make a paste. Add salt to maida. Mix the paste with maida.

Add water to make soft dough. Make small dumplings and roll them one by one into medium sized pooris.

Fry them one by one. Serve hot with pickles or curry.
