Recipe: Spinach Pancake

The taste you would remember for long.

Ingredients for Pancake

Flour – 100gm
Milk – 100ml
Water – 50l
Salt – 1gm
Pepper – 1gm
Chopped parsley – 1tsp
Egg whole – 1no
Olive oil – 30ml


Mix all the ingredients well, put some olive oil in the heated pan and pour 100ml of pancake batter into the pan. Let it cook for 30 – 40 seconds and then allow it to cool down.

Stuffing of Spinach

Spinach – 100gm
Fresh cream – 60ml
Cheddar Cheese – 30gm
Salt and pepper - to taste
White sauce – 50ml

Saffron sauce

Heat the pan and melt some butter into it, then add onion, garlic and fresh cream and white sauce, 1tsp of saffron, red chili flakes, a pinch of cheddar cheese, 30gm parmesan cheese and salt n pepper. When cooked pour the sauce in the stuffed spinach pancake and serve it with garnish of parsley n cherry tomato.
