Recipe: Spinach Soup

Enjoy the healthy and delicious spinach soup.


• 1 bunch Spinach
• 1 Onion
• 1 Tomato
• 2 Green Chilies
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup Water


• Wash spinach leaves thoroughly.
• Chop tomato, onion and green chilies finely.
• Cook all the ingredients together for about 8-10 minutes.
• Allow it to cool down.
• Blend the cooked stuff with a hand blender.
• Add water till you get the desired consistency.
• Now boil it for 5 minutes approximately.
• Top it with wedge of lime or cream.
• Serve it hot.
