Recipe: Sprouts sesame salad

Tired of oily paranthas and bland cornflakes as breakfast? Try out this interesting and healthy substitute.

Ingredients:

½ cup boiled sprouts
½ cubed cottage cheese
2 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp roasted peanuts
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Procedure:

Mix together sprouts, cottage cheese, pepper, oregano and salt. Sprinkle peanuts and sesame. Serve immediately.
