Recipe: Strawberry Champagne Soup

Ingredients

5 cups Quartered Strawberries
1/4 cup White Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
1 cup Champagne
1 tsp Whipped Cream

How to make Strawberry Champagne Soup

Put the strawberries, sugar and salt into a blender, and blend until smooth. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Stir in champagne just before serving.
Decorate with a dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry.
Strawberry Champagne Soup is ready to be served.
