Garammasala: 2cardamon, 4cloves, 2sticks of cinnamon
Green chilli : 4
onion : 2(fried)
curd- ½ cup
Cut paneer into cubes. Marinate paneer with the above ingredients for 3 to 4 hrs in the fridge. Put paneer cubes on a microwave dish and add some butter. Microwave in tikka series for 20min. Then turn the paneer and again microwave for 10 mins.
Put 2tbs butter in a kadai. Then add 1tsp sugar , when sugar turns light brown then add ½ cup tomato puree , let it cook for 2min ,then add all ingredients with paneer and cook until thick. Add 2tbs malai to it.
