Try out this scrumptious recipe.By Rita Samaddar, JamshedpurIngredients:Paneer: 200gmKhuskus: 2tspkaju :15jeera: 2tspGarammasala: 2cardamon, 4cloves, 2sticks of cinnamonNutmeg: 1/4Green chilli : 4onion : 2(fried)blackpepper: 7-8curd- ½ cupProcedure:Cut paneer into cubes. Marinate paneer with the above ingredients for 3 to 4 hrs in the fridge. Put paneer cubes on a microwave dish and add some butter. Microwave in tikka series for 20min. Then turn the paneer and again microwave for 10 mins.Put 2tbs butter in a kadai. Then add 1tsp sugar , when sugar turns light brown then add ½ cup tomato puree , let it cook for 2min ,then add all ingredients with paneer and cook until thick. Add 2tbs malai to it.
