Recipe: Tamatar Rasmalai
Enjoy the tangy tamatar rasmalai.
Sugar to taste
Green cardmom powder-1tsp.
Boil the tomatoes,& then make its puree.(without adding any water it becomes about 1cup.
Then take a heavy pan put milk in it & reduces the milk in to half.
Next step is to add sugar in to the tomato puree in this mixture.
After 10 min when it is ready to serve remove it from the gas & rest it to become cold.
Then take a serving bowl put bread slice of any shape on it & then Garnish it with chopped pista & cardmom powder.
Now the tamatar rasmalai is ready to serve.Enjoy a simple unique dish.
