1¼ cups Milk Powder
¾ cup Sugar
1 cup grated Coconut
2 tsp Ghee
1 tsp Red Color
Cloves (as required)
How to make Toffee Apples
Boil sugar with water in a pan until it achieves a thread-like consistency.
Add 1 cup milk powder to the sugar syrup and mix well.
Add color to the same pan and simmer until the mixture gets dry.
Now add ghee, cashews, and coconut to the pan.
Remove the pan from heat and add the leftover milk powder to the contents of the pan. Keep it aside and let it cool down.
Divide the mixture into small balls and shape them into small apples.
Dig a clove on the top of each apple.
Your dish is ready to be served
