Winter recipe: Tomato Basil Beans Soup

Recipe by Chef Aditi of Holachef.

Ingredients:

5-6 big size red tomatoes

1/4 cup basil

1/4 cup red beans (rajma)

Salt

Pepper

Butter

Method:

•          Boil tomatoes for 10 mins

•          When cool, take out there skin

•          Squash the tomatoes in a blender

•          Put butter in pan and add blended tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, boiled beans, salt and pepper

•          Add water (if needed)

•          Bring it to a boil and serve
