Recipe: Tortilla Quiche
Start your day with tortilla quiche breakfast.
1 (12-inch) flour tortilla
1 ½ cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
4 grams chopped green chillies
1 cup sour cream
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp cumin
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place tortilla in bottom of a lightly greased 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle Jack cheese and half of Cheddar cheese over tortilla. Sprinkle chillies over cheese.
Beat eggs, sour cream, salt and cumin. Pour over chillies and top with the remaining Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
