Recipe: Triple Chocolate Mousse
200 grams Dark chocolate,grated
200 grams Milk chocolate,grated
200 grams White chocolate,grated
1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Gelatin,Dissolved in water
2 cups Whipped cream
Place the three chocolates in three different bowls and melt in the microwave oven for a minute.
Mix them in one bowl and heat again in the microwave oven for about a minute.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and add powdered sugar and whisk well.
Add gelatine and mix.
Add whipped cream and mix well.
Transfer into small serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
