Recipe: Two Apple Drink

Rehydrate yourself with this refreshing and energizing drink when the fluid intake becomes more of a chore.

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup apple juice
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 medium lemon, sliced
7 cinnamon sticks

Procedure:

Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Strain through fine filter. Now add ice cubes and serve chilled.
