Recipe: Ukala

Ukala is a healthy drink which tastes yummy.

Ingredients:

6-8 Almonds
3-4 pistachio
2-3 strands of saffron
A pinch of cardamom powder
2-3 tsp sugar
A glass of milk

Procedure:

Roast the almonds and pistachios. Now use a rolling pin to coarsely crush the dry fruits.

Heat the milk in a pan. Add sugar and the coarsely crushed almonds and pistachio. Add a pinch of cardamom powder and saffron.

Bring it to a boil and take it off the burner.
Serve in a glass.

Ukala can be consumed hot or cold depending upon your preference.
