Recipe: Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients

4 medium sized potatoes , boiled and mashed
4 carrot , finely chopped and boiled
150 gms french beans , chopped and boiled
150 gms boiled green peas
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
3/4 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
salt to taste
150 gms bread crumbs for rolling
oil for frying

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well.

Divide into equal sieze portion and shape into flat-oval patties.

Roll in the breadcrumbs and shallow-fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown from both the sides.

Serve hot.
