Recipe: Vegetable Cutlets

Make delicious vegetable cutlets at home.

Ingredients:

2 tsp olive oil
1 ½ cup grated carrots (4 carrots)
½ ounce raw spinach, chopped
Potatos, mashed
6 tsp raw opinion, grated
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tsp minced red or yellow pepper


Procedure:

Sauté the peppers in the olive oil until soft.

Add all the remaining ingredients in it.

Let mixture stand for 30 minutes.

Bring to room temperature when ready to cook.

Use 1/4 cup of mixture for each patty.

Place on lightly greased baking sheet and put in preheated 350
degree oven for about 10 minutes.

Turn the patties and bake for another 7 to 10 minutes.
