Vegetable rolls are a delight for children. Check them out!
½ cup peas
2 medium onions
salt to tate
paste of green chilly, garlic, ginger
whole cumin seeds 1 tsp
oil or ghee
Pressure cook potatoes and peas
Wash and cut tomatos and onions into thin slices
Make dough with little oil and a pinch of salt
Fry onion (until pinkish)
Let it get cooked.
Mash potatoes and peas
Add to onion-tomato mix
Add salt, paste of chilly, garlic, ginger ,whole jeera ,lime juice
Mix it well and leave it to get cool
Make rotis and fill in with mixture
Roll and close both ends.
Cut into size of fingers
Serve hot with cutney or ketchup
