Recipe: Veggie roll

Ingredients:

2 paranthas (Prepare two plain parathas)
1 boiled potato (mashed)
½ beetroot (grated)
1 green chilli finely chopped
½ a capsicum thinly sliced
50 gms paneer (cut in small cubes)
1 small cucumber (finely chopped)
1 medium sized onion (finely sliced)
Salt to taste
Chaat masala
Tomato ketchup and chilli sauce.

Procedure:

Mix the mashed potato with the grated beetroot and chopped green chilli. Add salt and mix it well. Heat the paranthas before preparing the rolls. Now place some quantity of the mashed mixture in the centre of the paratha and spread it horizontally . Now add paneer, cucumber and onions. Sprinkle some salt and chaat masala. Now add some tomato ketchup and chilli sauce. Use the either side of the paratha to cover the centre filling.
