1 packet sweet potato pasta
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 cup pea pods, chopped
1 Red pepper, chopped
1 cup bean sprouts
1 big green onion, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp organic shoyu
Cook pasta according to package directions, set aside.
Heat oil, add pea pods and red pepper and sauté it for two minutes.
Add bean sprouts, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, mix in pasta and serve hot.
