2 pounds Chicken Cubes
1/4 cup Maida
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Paprika (shimla mirch)
1/4 cup Rice Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
In a bowl add buttermilk to both the flours, and add little water to form a thin batter.
Sprinkle paprika, cumin powder and salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
Then dip the chicken cubes into the batter and fry it in the oil until it becomes tender.
Remove on platter and add other remaining chicken pieces.
With your hands press a little the fried chicken and keep frying again till it turns golden brown.
Dip the same for the rest chicken cubes.
Serve hot with chutney, ketchup.
