Rosy Thandai Smoothie

Try out this cool and refreshing drink.

Ingredients-

1cup yoghurtchilled,
1cup fresh cream chilled,
1cup-powdered sugar,
Ice cubes as needed

For the thandai masala-

25 g. almonds,
10g. Watermelon seeds,
10g. Poppy seeds,
10g. Fennel seeds,
5g. Green cardamom,
10g. Rose petals, dried,
5g. Rose petal fresh,
10ml rose water, and
5g. Black pepper corns

To garnish the smoothie-few fresh rose petals, 2tbsp thick red rose syrup

Procedure:

For the thandai masala-soak almonds, poppy seeds and watermelon seeds separately for about one hour. Add the remaining spices and blend to a fine paste. Keep aside.

Rosy thandai smoothie-mix yogurt, fresh cream, -powdered sugar and blend well.

Add the thandai masala-paste to the cream yogurt mixture. Add crushed ice cubes and blend in mixie.

Pour in glasses To garnish the smoothie-Serve Rosy thandai smoothie decorated with rose petals and thick rose syrup poured on top.
