Procedure: Heat ghee in a pan. Deep fry eggs till golden brown and keep aside. Now add onion paste and fry till pink. Add ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, coriander, cumin and sauté. Now mix together curd, almonds, cashew and poppy seeds paste and pour in the pan. Add chillies, tomatoes, chopped pistachios and almonds and fry till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add eggs, mix well, pour 1 cup water and allow simmering for 10 minutes. Remove from fire and serve hot.
