1 cup cubed honeydew melon
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cubed
1/2 cup kale
1/2 cup plain yogurt, preferably organic
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash of ground cloves
Well blended, this alkalizing smoothie improves your digestion and boosts nutrient absorption. Ginger settles the stomach, while the flax seeds provide omega-3s and fiber.
