Recipe: Tangy Sweet BrisketRecipe: Tangy Sweet Brisket
The best brisket is cooked in advance and refrigerated. As Hanukkah is incomplete without this delicious meat, try this simple, easy to make recipe.

Ingredients:

1/ 2 kg brisket, washed and drained
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup Coca-Cola
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup honey
6-8 Tbsp. ketchup
2 onions
1 tsp. paprikaProcedure:

1. Place brisket in a pan. Chop all seasonings and pour over brisket. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 300°.
3. Bake until done. You will have to keep adjusting the temperature to ensure that the meat is cooked properly.
