Celebrate the spirit of nationalism by trying this healthy recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped capsicum (boiled for 5 mints)
1 cup sliced tomatoes
1 cup sliced cottage cheese
2-3 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp castor sugar

Procedure:

In a plate place pieces of tomatoes, capsicum and cheese one after another, forming round circles.

When the plate is filled, add lemon juice in such a way that it is sprinkled evenly on the entire salad. Now sprinkle salt, sugar and pepper and serve cold.
