We need around 2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2-3 bananas (mashed)
Start with preheating the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). The you can grease a pan meanwhile.
Mix all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, add the butter and brown sugar together. Put the eggs and mashed bananas in it and blend well.
Now, mix the mashed banana mixture with flour, baking soda and salt mixture. Stir well. You can now pour this batter into greased loaf pan.
Bake for an hour, and then you can try the toothpick test. Keep it for cooling in pan for 10-15 minutes, then you can put it on a wire rack.
Your banana bread is ready.
