1 ½ cups sooji/rawa
½ cup ghee
2 cups hot water
½ cup milk
½ cup sugar
1 cup pineapple (puree)
Add some ghee in a deep frying pan and add the suji. Roast it until the suji turns light brown.
In a separate pan, add water, milk and sugar. Heat it until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add the puree to the roasted suji and mix thoroughly. Then add the water, milk and sugar mixture and cook until the suji gets cooked properly.
Add some more ghee if required. Now, pour 2 teaspoons of ghee in a pan. Add the raisins and heat it for a minute. Now add this to the suji halwa.
