X-mas special: Frozen strawberry & vanilla vodka martini

Icing sugar mixture 2 tbs

2 x 250g punnets strawberries, washed, hulled, halved

Crushed ice 4 cups

Chilled vanilla vodka 250ml

Chilled dry vermouth 60ml

1. Place the strawberries and icing sugar in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.

2. Add the ice, vodka and vermouth, and process until the ice is finely crushed.

3. Divide among serving glasses and serve immediately.
