`Divergent` tops box office with $56mln opening

Washington: `Divergent` starring Shailene Woodley and Theo James in the lead has reportedly collected 56million dollars in the opening making it one of the year`s biggest openings. Lionsgate`s adaptation of Veronica Roth`s best-selling young-adult novels although didn`t reach the heights of the studio`s other teen franchises.
