`Power Rangers` movie hires `X-Men` writers
Los Angeles: `The Power Rangers` movie reboot has enlisted `X-Men: First Class` scribes Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz as scriptwriters.
`Transformers` and `Star Trek` writer Roberto Orci has also joined as executive producer and will develop the film`s story with Miller and Stentz, reportedly.
In May, it was confirmed that the `Power Rangers` would be revived for a brand new movie by Lionsgate and Haim Saban.
The new franchise will re-imagine the Power Rangers as a group of high school kids with unusual super powers, who must learn to harness their abilities as a group in order to save the world.
