Los Angeles: Filmmaker Duncan Jones, who was originally set to direct `Fleming`, a biopic of James Bond creator Ian Fleming, has been forced to depart the project as his another film `Warcraft` is starting its production early next year.
Unwilling to wait until Jones completes his big-budget film "Warcraft", the producers of `Fleming` are currently looking for a director who can start casting and producing next year, reported Aceshowbiz.
Based on Andrew Lycett`s biography of Fleming, the film is expected to explore the British author`s life as a real spy which later influenced his James Bond books.
K5 International`s Oliver Simon and Daniel Baur are co-producing the movie with PalmStar Media Capital`s Kevin Frakes and Liberty Films` Stuart Fenegan as well as Jim Young and Robert Laycock of the Ian Fleming estate.
As for `Warcraft`, the big screen adaptation of popular video game `World of Warcraft` is scheduled to be released by Universal on December 18, 2015. The big-budget flick will star Paula Patton, Anson Mount, Paul Dano, Colin Farrell, Travis Fimmel and Anton Yelchin.
