Emma Watson not attached to `50 Shades` flick
New York: Emma Watson, who was rumoured to be playing the female lead in the movie adaptation of erotic novel `Fifty Shades,` currently remains unattached to the project, according to reports.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 22-year-old actress has been rumoured to be the female lead of the "Fifty Shades of Grey" film adaptation and despite her repeated denials, speculation renewed, when hacker group Anonymous leaked documents from German studio Constantin Film that allegedly confirmed Watson`s involvement in the film.
But GossipCop reported that nothing has changed and though Watson may be on the wish list; she currently has not been roped in for the lead, the New York Post reported.
In August, Watson had told Entertainment Weekly that neither has she read the book nor a script.
She said that just because 60 articles on the internet said that she was involved in the filming did not mean that the reports were true.
Even author E L James recently said that she is yet to do the casting for the much anticipated movie.
