London: It was an emotional day for thousands of fans of Harry Potter at the Trafalgar Square on Thursday as the entire cast came together one last time for the premiere of the final movie of the Harry Potter franchise, ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’.
Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint interacted with fans and media, as they got together to bid a final goodbye to the popular wizard series.
An emotional Emma Watson, looking splendid in a Oscar de la Renta ensemble listened to co- stars Radcliffe and Grint narrate incidents about their time spent while shooting for the films.
Actor Daniel Radcliffe who has played the iconic boy wizard of Harry Potter in all the films, spoke to a daily and said" I don`t think the end of the story happens tonight because each and every person who will see this film will carry this story with them through the rest of their lives. A huge thank you to all of you, first of all for giving me a job... Every opportunity I get from now on all goes down to the fact I got very, very lucky when I was 11”.
Emma who played the righteous Hermoine applauded Radcliffe and stated that no one could have played the role of the boy wizard better than him.
Author of the Harry Potter books, J.K. Rowling was also present at the premiere and got emotional while interacting with fans. "Thank you for queuing up for the books for all those years, for camping out in a wet Trafalgar Square,” said Rowling.
