London: Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding is reportedly in talks to star in a football movie.
The pop star is in talks to play a cheerleader in the Britain-based movie about a man who introduces the US sport to a northern English town.
The singer is said to have impressed the movie bosses after she was invited to the screen test by her cousin, reports contactmusic.com
"Sarah`s cousin is a co-producer on the film, so they decided to audition her and she went down a storm. Sarah wants to do it...," said a source.
Harding is no newcomer to acting - she starred in the ‘St. Trinian’ movie sequel last year and has acted alongside Dominic Cooper in BBC drama ‘Freefall’.
