Hugh Grant lands new romantic comedy role

London: Actor Hugh Grant has joined the cast of a new romantic comedy to be directed by Marc Lawrence.

The 52-year-old, who is best-known for roles in movies like `Bridget Jones Diary` and `Notting Hill`, will team up with Lawrence on a new movie which has yet to be titled, reported Daily Star.

It will be the fourth time the pair have collaborated together following work on `Two Weeks Notice`, `Music and Lyrics` and `Did You Hear About The Morgans?`.

The untitled movie sees Grant play the role of a Hollywood writer who is the toast of the town in 1998, but finds himself broke and depressed 10 years later.

To make some extra cash he takes a teaching job, and falls in love with one of the single mothers whose child attends the school.
