Last Bond film like long, disjointed commercial: Roger Moore

London: Hollywood veteran Roger Moore, who played secret agent James Bond in seven films, says he did not like the latest version of 007 movie `Quantum of Solace`.

Moore, 84, criticised the `Quantum of Solace` starring Daniel Craig for its overlong shaky plot and heavy use of product placement, Daily Express reported.

"I didn`t like the last Bond film, it was like a long, disjointed commercial," he said.

He also criticised his Bond predecessor, Sean Connery, saying he struggles to understand the actor`s strong Scottish accent.
"Sean is a good actor, it`s a pity I can`t understand what he`s saying," he added.

Despite an illustrious career, the British star admits there is a part he regrets not landing, the title role in `Laurence of Arabia`.

"I`d have loved to have been as talented as Peter O`Toole," he said.
